Use:

2. Tabbed detail layout
Where:
- project pages
- resources
- events
- expert profiles
Typical tabs:
- Overview

- Discussions
- Participants
- Documents
Use:
- switch context without leaving the page
- explore structured information
3. Action rail (right-side controls)
Common actions:
- share
- favourite
- follow
- register (events)
- edit / delete (if permitted)
