Once a search is launched, the ITSERR – uBIQUITY platform displays the results screen, which represents the operational core of the system. The interface is organized to allow fast, orderly, and comparative analysis of the identified texts.

Actions are saved immediately and, in the case of authenticated users, remain associated with their profile. Notes and references can be modified at any time through the side panel or the notes menu.

The save button assumes two distinct behaviors:
Create Flow
Displayed when the user saves the current search for the first time. The command creates a new Flow that includes:

Once the Flow has been created, the button automatically changes to “Save Flow”. This option allows saving changes made to the existing Flow without creating a new one.
Saved flows are stored in the user database and are accessible at any time from the Flows section.
The “Export” option allows downloading results in standard formats (e.g. .csv, .json, .xml, .pdf), preserving the tabular structure and metadata associated with the search.
Notes and any bibliographic references are saved persistently and remain associated with the original results. They are accessible and editable from every working session, ensuring traceability of the analysis process.
In the updated version of the platform, each result includes a quick action button bar visible directly within the results table, without the need to open the detail view.
