My Contributions is the place where you monitor what happens after you create something in HORTUS. It is your personal follow-up area for research outputs, project pages, and metadata proposals. Instead of wondering whether your work is still a draft, already submitted, waiting for approval, or ready for reuse, you can check its status in one structured workspace view.

This feature is especially valuable for researchers because it reduces uncertainty. Publishing or contributing to a collaborative research platform can feel opaque if you do not know what happens after clicking Save or Send to moderation. My Contributions makes that process visible. It helps you understand where your work currently stands in the HORTUS lifecycle and what your next action should be.

It is also attractive because it does not treat research activity as a single flat list. Instead, it organizes contributions by entity type and by lifecycle stage, so that you can immediately distinguish between work that is still being prepared, work that has already been submitted, and work that may require a moderation decision.

My Contributions covers three main contribution types:
